Trial and error is the recipe for learning, Patrick Watters knows this well and his mastery in woodworking is a testament to that process. Using a combination of his own ideas and inspiration from other craftsmen, Patrick boasts an impressive repertoire of custom furniture. Having spent so much time refining his skills, Patrick reached out to me with the goal of creating a comprehensive and cohesive collection of images showing his work. Seeing the scale of what he had created, we designed a set, lit the scene, and captured everything from whole pieces, to fine-grained details in the wood joinery. The result was a series of images that immortalized Patrick's functional art for future projects and clients alike.
